Community Health International

Community outreach is such a big part of CHI. On the most recent trip, the team planted a garden for the waiting mothers at the hospital. Once it becomes prosperous, the community will be able to use the resources to put food on the table. 

Discipleship is a major part of what our ministry does. On our most recent trip, we had multiple sessions with local leaders to prepare them to lead others to Christ. In order for Christians to grow in their relationship with Christ, they must be discipled. Our sessions were preparing the leaders to do just that.  

Sanitary pads are essential for young women in Africa because they have nothing and end up dropping out of school. We were able to hand out over 3,500 pads on our most recent trip.
